Method 1: Inside the Mobile App
Fastest method for active app users
If you have the VETnum mobile application installed on your Android or iOS device:
- Open the VETnum App and log in.
- Tap your Profile icon at the bottom right.
- Select Account Settings → Security & Privacy.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm your choice.
Method 2: Web Deletion Form
For uninstalled apps or lost phones
If you no longer have access to the mobile application:
- Submit your registered contact details using the form below.
- Our clinic administration verifies the request to avoid unauthorized deactivations.
- Your account and tokens are processed within 48 to 72 business hours.

What is Removed:
- Personal login credentials and passwords.
- Active mobile app sessions and push notification tokens.
- Saved payment tokens and direct portal access.
- Marketing communications and notification preferences.
What is Retained by Law:
Under statutory veterinary medicine regulations, patient clinical histories (vaccination records, surgical notes, controlled substances logs) must be archived for a legally prescribed retention period (typically 3 to 7 years) in read-only format.
